Supreme Court rules that Point Clear boardwalk is public
The state Supreme Court has ruled that a 100-year-old, 1.5-mile boardwalk that stretches along the shore of Point Clear on Mobile Bay near the Grand Hotel is a public walkway, reversing a Baldwin County Circuit Court ruling made early this year.
