ntroducing North End Station. OUR CONCEPT emulates that of: The Streets of Southglenn – Watch to get an idea of what we’re doing. Colorado’s newest and most premier concept in a self sustainable residential; business; transit community. This informative video will provide a basic orientation into the project. North End Station is annexed into the city of Thornton and has recently received Unanimous approval by City Council for the this new and highly anticipated transportation oriented development. The project is located just North of Denver at Highway Seven and Colorado Boulevard. The site itself is Two Hundred and Three acres of beautiful open space, and generous landscape. Significant features for the site include: The final stop for Denver’s premier Light Rail line with Direct access to downtown and city hubs, the Big Dry Creek open space and regional park, the creation of a new ‘Green’ environmental standard, and significant views of the Front Range. The North End Station is a unique project that has been designed through our key Guiding Principles. Our First Principle is to create a distinct regional transit center. At this center there will be mixed use transit, as well as access to all the community’s walkable neighborhoods. Our Next guiding principle is to create urbanism for the northern suburbs.
