Ever Consider Investing In Multi- Family Houses
I’m going to be creating a blog that follows my journey as an investor in real estate. I invest primarily in 2-6 unit multi family houses. I love buying fixing, renting or selling. Why would I create a blog about it. Well, because in the 15 or so years I’ve been doing it, I never really came across any book or course that really told what its really like to invest and sell or hold and be a landlord for lower income suburban houses. For me, its a rush and a pain in the ass all in one ! LOL – But something keeps me doing it – it gets in your blood!
